CAK31型有可靠性指标的气密封非固体电解质钽电容器
产品简介:
本型号产品系轴向引出、圆柱形、银外壳封装、外套绝缘套管、气密封、有极性固体电解质钽电容器。电性能优良稳定、可靠性高、长寿命、储存稳定性优良。性能参数与MIL-C-39006/9D的CLR65型相同。适用于航空、航天、导弹、通讯等有可靠性要求的军用电子设备的直流或脉动电路。

使用温度范围:-55℃~+125℃ (>+85℃时施加类别电压使用);
额定电压、类别电压、、浪涌电压、标称电容量: 见表2;
电容量允许偏差:±5%;±10%;±20%;
直流漏电流:不超过表2规定;
损耗角正切(tgδ0):不超过表2规定;
负温(-55℃)阻抗:不超过表2规定;
外形尺寸和最大重量:见图1和表1;
