产品简介:
本型号产品系烧结阳极、树脂模塑固体电解质片式极性固体电解质钽电容器。体积小、重量轻,电性能优良稳定、可靠性高、长寿命、激光打印、储存稳定性优良。额定电压和标称电容量范围较CAK45型产品宽.适用于航空、航天、导弹、通讯等有可靠性要求的军用电子设备的直流或脉动电路。
产品执行标准:GJB2283-95 Q/XRD200012-2006
主要技术性能:
使用温度范围:-55℃~+125℃ (>+85℃时施加类别电压使用);
额定电压、类别电压、浪涌电压、标称电容量、等效串联电阻(ESR值): 见表2;
电容量允许偏差:±5%;±10%;±20%;
室温漏电流:I0≤0.01CRUR(μA)或0.5μA(取大者);
损耗角正切(tgδ0):不超过表2规定;
高低温特性:不超过表3规定;
外形尺寸:见图1和表1;
编带符合EIA481-1标准
